Refund & Return Policy

At The Scent, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy — giving you 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we will share detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damage, or incorrect items. Our team will promptly review your case and work to resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your preferred item is to return the original one, once approved, and place a new order separately.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
