Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within this period.
To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its packaging. A valid proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Kindly check your order once it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong order, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you’d like to replace an item, the easiest way is to request a return first. Once it’s approved, you can place a new order for the product you prefer.
Refunds
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
